The Opportunity

The Customer Support Health Coach exists to help people find their unique path to healing while representing the best of BIORAY’s human-centered approach to customer care. This seat owns the direct relationship with customers and practitioners seeking clarity, confidence, and guidance in their wellness journey.

This role produces trust. It delivers individualized support, clear education, grounded guidance and seamless order assistance rooted in BIORAY’s products, philosophy, and standards. As BIORAY grows, the quality of these conversations directly shapes customer outcomes, loyalty, and brand integrity.

The work matters because healing is personal. Consistency, humility, and accuracy are essential. Success in this seat comes from knowing what you know, knowing what you don’t know, and always prioritizing the customer’s well-being over ego.

The Customer Support Health Coach is:

What the Role Entails

This seat owns day-to-day customer and practitioner interactions related to health guidance and BIORAY product use. The work centers on education, personalized plan support, accurate documentation, and responsible escalation. The role requires clear communication, consistency, and adherence to BIORAY standards while operating with humility and care.  This position is fully onsite and requires working in the office Monday through Friday.

Role Requirements

• Ability to work in an  in-office environment
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Proficiency using  phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
• Comfort documenting interactions in  CRM or ticketing systems
• Foundational knowledge of  BIORAY products and internal training materials (or ability to complete required training)
