After graduating from Ohio University, Steven walked into a State Farm office and quickly discovered a passion for the business that ultimately led him to becoming an Agent. Now, with 11 years of experience, he has built not just one, but two successful offices and continues to invest in creating a team where people can learn, grow, and thrive. The team enjoys outings, friendly relationships, and spending time together outside of the office, creating a culture that is upbeat, welcoming, and easy to be part of. Steven believes strongly in giving his team the freedom to succeed with the tools to be self-sufficient. He’s looking for a self-motivated, self-starter, who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build something meaningful. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Saraniti - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
