Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School Based

Position Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part‑time, substitute in schools, Milton, FL. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in a school‑based setting across multiple school locations. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support functional behavior assessments (FBAs). Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA. Provide behavior support and staff coaching in classroom environments. Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and school staff. Promote positive behavior strategies and student independence. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. Experience with school‑based interventions is a plus, but not required. 1+ year of experience in ABA or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent (required).
