The Clinical Liaison develops and implements referral relations programs including physician, managed care organizations, case managers and discharge planners. The Clinical Liaison utilizes sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning. The Clinical Liaison monitors activities through call logs and profiling of customers. The Clinical Liaison coordinates creation and dissemination of education materials such as outcome studies, brochures and other materials deemed necessary. The Clinical Liaison approves or carries out tours/visits to BridgePoint Hospitals to increase the education level of guests. Requirements Education: College Degree Licenses/Certification: Valid Driver’s License. Clinical license preferred. Experience: Experience with critical care, trauma, or other clinical specialty settings preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of hospital staff, physicians, and patient referral sources a must. Marketing, Sales, or Business Development experience preferred. Ability to use clinical assessment skills while exercising independent judgement and discretion.
