With a rich history dating back to 1908, Casa de Fruta delights visitors with its famous fruit stand, wine tasting and deli, sweet shop, burrito bar, and restaurant. We also offer comfortable lodging at our RV Park, Inn, and Cabins, as well as fueling services at our Chevron station. Our commitment to exceptional customer service and high-quality experiences is central to everything we do. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in providing clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for our guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare Inn rooms, cabins, and common areas according to Casa de Fruta standards. Make beds, replace linens, towels, and amenities, and ensure each room is guest-ready. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned guest accommodations and public areas. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and fixtures. Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing or damaged items, reporting concerns promptly to management. Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets with linens, toiletries, and cleaning products. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment. Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or housekeeping services. Work collaboratively with the Houseperson, Front Desk, and Engineering teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous, friendly service to all guests. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or janitorial experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently. Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors as needed. Excellent reliability, attendance, and punctuality. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
