This assignment as an RN-Operating Room Circulator presents exceptional opportunities to broaden your professional growth. Whether you're supporting complex orthopedic, OB/Gyn (including C-sections), or general surgery cases, each day brings unique challenges to strengthen your clinical portfolio.


Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts, four 10-hour shifts per week.
• Variable start times.
• On-call required: 8 shifts per month (including some weekends, from Friday 5pm to Monday 7am).
• Holidays worked in fair rotation.

What you'll bring:

• Active KS RN license.
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of Operating Room circulator experience (orthopedics, OB/Gyn, general surgery).
• Familiarity with EPIC is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years in the OR and previous travel experience are preferred.
• Flexibility to float to procedural areas such as pain management and interventional radiology.
• Must be nicotine-free.

Role responsibilities:

• Function as the primary circulating RN in the OR.
• Coordinate perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and effective collaboration with surgical teams.
• Prepare, assess, and document patient needs throughout procedures.
• Participate in orientation (virtual, every Monday) and stay prepared for floating assignments if needed.
