Remote Insurance Sales Representative (P&C + Life/Health)

What you'll do:

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Financial Services products.
• Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities.
• Develop your own referral pipeline and prospecting strategies.
• Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective customers.
• Cross-sell existing customers to maximize household penetration.
• Maintain detailed records within our CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals.

Compensation:

Base pay (based on experience):

• Entry-level licensed producers: $20-$22/hour
• Experienced insurance producers (2+ years): $23-$24/hour
• Elite/top-producing insurance professionals: $25-$27+/hour

Plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers who fully embrace the opportunity can realistically earn $75,000-$100,000+ annually, with exceptional producers earning significantly more.

What we're looking for:

Required:

• Active property & casualty insurance license.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and highly disciplined.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Competitive mindset with a proven history of achieving goals.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in insurance sales.
• Active life & health license.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling multiple insurance products.
