Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our busy local dealership in Cleveland, TN. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy dealership environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve uncapped earning potential.
