Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee

Restaurant Manager We are looking for a leader to manage our restaurant. The incumbent will oversee customer service, training, coaching, and daily operations. Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity. Ability to maintain restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies & procedures and Health Department Standards. Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs. Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change. Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel). A High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
