This role serves as a critical link between Treasury Operations, business users, banking partners, and technical support teams to ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of Treasury applications and banking platforms.The successful candidate will provide operational support, perform access and reconciliation activities, investigate issues, coordinate incident resolution, and help maintain regulatory and audit compliance across Treasury systems and banking portals.Required Skills and Experience:Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skillsCommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detailKnowledge of incident and problem management processesExperience with job scheduling and monitoring toolsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsFamiliarity with access management and reconciliation processesUnderstanding of bank statements, payment processing, and cash management conceptsExperience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platformsPreferred Skills and Experience:Treasury Management System (TMS) experienceSWIFT, MT940, CAMT, ISO 20022, or bank connectivity knowledgeFIS (Trax, Integrity, eBAM), Moody's eCreditBanking portal administration experiencePower BI, Power Automate, SQL, or automation experienceThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
