This position manages all aspects of the inbound/outbound business-to-consumer journey handling leads by phone, digital submission, and 3rd party lead generation, conducting a consultative approach, assessment and documentation in our CRM. Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, Pest Pac, and many other programs that are crucial to Sales Processes./li/ulpJob Requirements/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)/lili1-2 years of sales experience/liliAbility to work Saturday rotation from 10 am - 2 pm (will have a day off during the week if scheduled)./liliThe ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment/liliThe ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer-focused./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/li/ul/div
