Merchandise Associate

Role Overview Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Supports operational standards, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention efforts. May be cross-trained to assist in multiple store areas to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives Support shrink reduction programs and adhere to labor laws and store policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service skills Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities Ability to respond flexibly to changing situations Capability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Effective teamwork and communication with peers and supervisors #J-18808-Ljbffr
