Registered Hospice Dietitian

Gentiva is seeking a Registered Hospice Dietitian to provide compassionate, home-based nutrition care to patients and families. In this role, you will complete comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and support symptom management, weight changes, and special diets for patients with serious or terminal illness. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, social workers, and chaplains, educating patients and caregivers to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life while documenting care in the EMR and traveling to patient homes within your service area.
