Dental Office Manager

Job Summary Join our team as a Dental Office Manager at Smiles 4 Kids Dental in Tacoma. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Operations Manager who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing outstanding care to children and their caregivers. A difference-maker who is eager to learn and grow. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience. Minimum of 3 years of dental experience. Working knowledge of clinical operations. Proficiency in dental software (Denticon preferred) and Microsoft Office. Payroll processing experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations workflow. Ensure the office is scheduled with confirmed patients. Maintain proper staffing levels, hiring as needed. Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a kid‑friendly environment. Develop, coach, and inspire team members to grow. Schedule 8+-hour shifts. Saturday work as needed. Occasional travel to surrounding offices. Availability to respond to employee and patient issues outside normal work hours. Saturday work may be required.
