Responsibilities: The Cath Lab CVT, under the direction the of the director/charge person, monitors procedures, including all diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization studies, ensures safe patient care, and works as a scrub assistant. This is a PRN Day Shift position. Qualifications: Education Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy In Lieu of education requirements, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience and: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire) OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire) Licensure/Certification/Registration American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred) If no ARRT, then one of the following licenses or certifications: -FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license OR

• FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license OR
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification OR
• Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification
• any of the four license/certifications above within 12 months of hire if no degree in the applicable fields
