The Hide Away Coffeehouse And Winebar in Northfield, MN is looking for a barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Barista experience preferred, but work ethic and personality are more important. Flexible PT hours. This is a fun, busy coffeehouse that was featured in a Hallmark movie!!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualification
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Great team player
- Fast learner
