Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Mobility Engineer or Technical Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise mobility platforms. This position involves partnering with various teams to deliver modern mobility services for iOS and Android environments. The role requires availability during Houston business hours to serve as a senior escalation resource, providing direct support to executive and VIP users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Intune solutions for corporate and personal mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain MDM/MAM policies, compliance configurations, and application deployment strategies.
• Lead mobility modernization initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Support Apple iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise device management environments.
• Implement and maintain mobile security controls, including Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview DLP.
• Act as a Level 3 escalation resource for complex mobility incidents and executive support requests.
• Design and automate mobility services using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, testing, and new technology adoption.
• Create operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-8+ years supporting Enterprise Mobility platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience is required.
• Strong experience with iOS/iPadOS Device Management, Android Enterprise, MDM, and MAM.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access and security compliance policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience managing Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Other Skills:

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience supporting executive and VIP user communities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Graph API experience.
• Experience with Intune APIs and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure Automation and Logic Apps.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience leading enterprise mobility transformation projects.
