Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment GPT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I will not be employed full time elsewhere during the assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of LifePoint Health in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations. Ability to treat common diagnoses including CVA (Stroke), TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), fractures, and cardiac cases. EPIC EMR experience.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 60.0 miles not accepted.
