We have Full Time and PRN positions available. PRN's will be eligible for an 8% pay differential.
Sign-on bonus applies to full-time roles, part-time and PRN roles are not eligible for this incentive.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care to inpatients and outpatients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Serve patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in a variety of care settings, including acute care, urgent care, sub-acute care, sleep labs, and clinics.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced knowledge to deliver high-quality, independent care.
- Perform a wide range of respiratory therapy duties, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and overall wellness

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation.
- Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology , including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively , with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Education and Experience:
- Certification or registry as a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from a recognized college or technical school.
- One year of experience preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Maintain a current, active license as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado.
- Maintain certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) , and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) .
- New hires without NRP certification will be highly encouraged to complete the next available course and obtain certification within one year of employment .
