Security Supervisor

Securitas is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security teams at client facilities. In this role, you will coordinate daily post assignments, monitor access control and patrols, and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. You will coach and mentor officers, support training and compliance with safety procedures, and ensure accurate incident and shift reporting. Working closely with clients, you will help maintain a safe, professional environment while modeling Securitas’ values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness and supporting continuous improvement in security operations.
