Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in warehouse conditions. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MATERIAL HANDLER / STAND-UP FORKLIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload inbound trucks and verify product quantities Stack and organize materials according to pallet patterns Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment Store pallets in designated rack and bin locations Use scanners and inventory systems to complete warehouse transactions Build sterilization loads following established procedures Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records Follow quality standards and safety procedures at all times Keep work areas clean and organized Support operations between multiple nearby facilities as needed MATERIAL HANDLER / STAND-UP FORKLIFT | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Forklift certification preferred Ability to pass forklift driver testing MUST have previous forklift expereince 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred Experience operating stand-up forklifts strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and problem-solving skills required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching Comfortable working in warehouse environments with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures Take the Next Step!
