Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Georgetown, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive with HMD Trucking’s OTR team out of Georgetown, DE, delivering dry van cargo coast-to-coast.
Position Overview:
- Run paired routes with an experienced partner
- Average 5,000 miles weekly, paid at 77¢ per mile split
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate late-model tractors with sleepers, APUs, and inverters
- Coordinate shipments and maintain logs per DOT standards
- Uphold clean inspections and safe-driving protocols
