Human Resources Manager

MSH is partnering with a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to identify a hands-on Human Resources Manager for its Bedford, NH facility. This role will report to the HR Director and serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, supporting approximately 385 employees in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, retention, engagement, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness. Key areas of responsibility include: Partnering with business leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions Managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations Coaching leaders on performance, disciplinary actions, and career development Supporting talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives Using HR data and reporting to identify trends and improve business outcomes Ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and manufacturing standards Supporting employees and leaders across multiple shifts when needed The ideal candidate will bring: A bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of progressive HR experience Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated environment Knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, talent development, retention, and organizational effectiveness Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Flexibility to support a multi-shift operation This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, building trusted relationships, and making a meaningful impact within a growing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr MSH
