Field Office Assistant

Field Office Assistant Job Title: Field Office Assistant Location: Naples, TX Job Type and Duration: 12 Months – Project set through 2029 Pay Range: $23.00/hr – $25.00/hr Responsibilities The Field Office Assistant provides administrative support by performing routine clerical and administrative work. Answer and direct incoming calls, receive the public, and provide customer assistance. Maintain supplies, equipment, and mail distribution. Organize and maintain files, filing systems, and communications. Provide data entry for projects. Answer phones and direct calls. Sort incoming mail. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Prepare outgoing mailings and labels, including e‑mail and fax. Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor, and/or supplier presentations, meetings, and interviews (including set‑up and cleanup). Assist with scheduling and set‑up of client interviews, presentations, and other meetings as requested. Order and maintain supplies. Update the office calendar. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Requirements High School Diploma/GED. 1 year of applicable office/clerical experience (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
