MSHI NTT Open Rank Faculty and Associate Director

For our client, we are seeking a MSHI NTT Open Rank Faculty And Associate Director to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a mission-driven environment. Location: Charlotte, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $73,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Teach courses and participate in departmental service Lead the launch of the MS in Health Informatics with AI concentration in Charlotte, collaborating with program directors Build relationships with local healthcare systems to attract prospective students and faculty Manage administrative activities for the program including student advising and committee participation Oversee the admissions process for the Charlotte campus, including application management Guide Charlotte capstone projects and coordinate marketing efforts to recruit students Maintain communication with prospective and current students about program-related matters Qualifications Doctoral degree required 8+ years of experience in the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on AI, analytics, or digital transformation At least 2 years of teaching experience in higher education Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven project management skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and databases Benefits Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage Paid time off and tuition assistance Wellness and life benefits, including retirement options Support for commuting and transportation expenses Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
