We are currently looking for an Assembler 2 to join our team in Holland. Assembles final product for customer shipment. Utilizes various tools to complete job requirements. Essential functions include accessing electronic production systems to determine daily schedule, accessing pick lists, picking all needed components, verifying that parts received match pick tickets, inspecting incoming components, parts and/or previous station's assembly work, and completed product, to ensure proper fit and function of all components, correcting or replacing unacceptable parts, sub-assembling components using hand and power tools in preparation for final assembly or for customer packet/kit, performing final visual and quality inspection of product/parts, preparing and packaging components for next manufacturing process or for shipment to customer, entering order data into electronic production system, creating labels, and staging product for next operation, escalating and documenting production nonconformance issues, rotating through department work centers based on business need, working overtime as needed, and performing additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Do you meet these qualifications? Education: 8th grade. Work requirements and experience: One year of manufacturing experience helpful. Environmental and physical demands include large machinery and equipment used in work areas, possibility of cuts, scrapes or bruises, moderate exposure to dust, noise, solvent, heat, paint, and lubricants, constant mental and visual alertness required to avoid potential serious injury to self and others in all work groups, eye protection required; hearing protection may be required, moves and may lift materials and/or products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally more (assistance given with heavier objects), walks, bends, twists, turns, reaches and lifts while performing functions of position, standing required for extended periods, work requires regular repetitive arm and hand movement, may be required to climb stairs and ladders.
