Position Title:  Sales Representative

Location:  Phoenix, Arizona

Territory: Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, etc.

Overview

A growing cabinetry manufacturer is seeking a motivated  Sales Representative  to expand its footprint in the  the Dealer/Distributor channel  across the Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the construction and development ecosystem and can leverage industry relationships to generate new business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in  developing new accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth  within the multi-family construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Dealer/Distributor channel.

• Build and expand relationships with ​​​​​​​ Dealers and Distributors.

• Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors with key accounts and decision-makers.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development to closing deals.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing  expert product knowledge and exceptional service  throughout the sales process.

Key Requirements

• Proven  sales experience and existing relationships within the Cabinetry  ​​​​​​​ Dealer/Distributor channel  

• Established relationships within the  Arizona construction and development market .

• Demonstrated ability to  generate new business and close deals .

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Self-driven and comfortable operating in a  performance-based sales environment .

Preferred Experience

• Prior  B2B sales experience in building products, cabinetry, or related construction materials .

• Existing network within the Cabinetry ​​​​​​​ Dealer/Distributor channel   sector in Arizona .
