About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product for its EOR business. The successful candidate will be the executive product leader, responsible for the commercial growth, portfolio strategy, market expansion, and product scale. This role requires a strategic vision for product growth, a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics, and the ability to drive business performance through product investment. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in defining and executing the AI transformation strategy, ensuring that the product portfolio is aligned with the company's growth priorities, and leading a multi-pillar product organization. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll platforms, with a proven track record of executive leadership. The role demands a leader with strong commercial acumen, team leadership skills, and a customer and market-oriented approach. Experience in AI strategy and a high-level understanding of complex, multi-jurisdictional SaaS platforms are essential. The VP of Product will work closely with executive peers across various functions to ensure executive alignment and will be the primary product executive with key enterprise customers and strategic partners. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field is required, with an MBA or equivalent executive experience strongly preferred.
