District Shift Leader

Einstein Bros. Bagels We are seeking a District Shift Leader to support our bakeries as part of a General Manager development plan. The District Shift Leader will perform management duties at a home location, support other bakeries, and provide leadership and coaching to our teams. Responsibilities Lead store opening duties and manage all food and beverage production each shift. Act as a brand ambassador and model company values. Coach and train team members and support ongoing performance management. Travel to other bakeries within the market to provide support and learn from other leaders. Perform administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management. Gain experience in P&L analysis, food cost and labor target setting, scheduling, and recruiting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings and weekends (starting as early as 3 am). Must pass a background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Must complete the Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan unless already certified. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
