B2B Outbound Cold Caller Appointment setter for web design agency

We are a growing US-based web design agency looking for an elite, results-driven Outbound Cold Caller to join our team for a long-term position.
Schedule: Part-time (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday) during US Central/Eastern daytime hours.
Target Niche: Local small US businesses
The Offer Strategy: Unlike standard, boring sales jobs where you call and beg for a business owner’s time, we use a unique "Curiosity Hook" strategy. Your connection-to-booking rates will be significantly higher than standard cold calling.
Core Responsibilities: Execute high-volume outbound dialing blocks using our integrated Power Dialer platform Deliver our casual, conversational, peer-to-peer curiosity script with confidence and authority. Book interested business owners directly into our calendar slots via a simple interface.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of active B2B outbound cold calling experience.
Voice & Accent: Exceptional, clear, neutral, US-friendly speaking accent. You must be able to hold a relaxed, natural conversational pace.
Communication Style: Strong active listening skills. You must sound like a calm, professional consultant, not a scripted robot.
Tech Stack: A quiet, distraction-free home workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps),
