Job Description:


- Join an accredited health center serving a diverse community in a stunning semi-desert landscape.
- Work in a supportive and culturally rich environment, providing essential healthcare to the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute tribes.
- Flexible shifts available: days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- RN license from any state is acceptable; no AZ state license required.
- Limited shared housing options available at $600 per month (no family or pets allowed).
- Be part of a dedicated medical team, including:
- Surgeons
- General medical officers
- Internal medicine specialists
- Psychiatrists
- Pediatricians
- Family practice physicians
- OB/GYN
- ENT specialists
- Orthopedic surgeons
- Urologists
- Nursing staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and more.
- Responsibilities include:
- Performing a variety of nursing care procedures.
- Supporting individuals of all ages and their families.
- Adhering to physician's orders and standards of care.
- Working independently to complete assignments.
- Maintain current certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within one year of hire.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within one year.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within one year.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six months of hire.
- Emergency Severity Index Level 5 within three months of hire.
- Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire.
- Orientation every two weeks to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
- COVID & FLU exemptions accepted after submission of a declination form.
- Housing application must be submitted two weeks prior to start.
