Weekend Nursing Supervisor – Lead with Purpose at STONE OAK CARE CENTER

Available Shift: 6a-10PM- Weekends

Stone Oak Care Center is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team and uphold exceptional standards of care in our skilled nursing facility.

Your Impact as Weekend Supervisor

Lead and support the nursing team during weekend shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
Serve as the clinical and leadership resource for staff, residents, and families.
Oversee staffing, workflow, and compliance in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of compassion and excellence.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuity of care and operational success.

What You Bring

Current and valid Texas RN license or RN license from a Compact Party State .
Minimum 2 years of charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility.
At least 1 year of leadership or management experience .
Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide, coach, and support teams.
