Onsite Staffing Supervisor

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional On-site Supervisor to support recruiting operations and staffing support at our client site. This position is based out of Torrance but will also provide support to our Compton location (12 min. Drive and sometimes to San Pedro area) as business needs require. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and has a genuine interest in growing their career with our company.

 

Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred , as this role involves frequent communication with employees, applicants, and clients in both languages.

  What We Offer

• Hourly pay of $22.00 - 24.00 , based on experience. (Current operation hours are Normally from 7:30am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday with weekends but vary based on new hire start times as early as up to 3:30am.)

Onsite Staffing Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for assigned positions and client locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely communication.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and respond promptly to staffing requests.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit reports accurately and on time.
• Conduct new hire orientations at the Torrance Location as needed.
• Coordinate employee placements and provide ongoing support to associates and clients.
• Assist the Long Beach branch with recruiting, administrative duties, and general office operations as business needs require.
• Partner with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

 

Onsite Staffing Supervisor Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Forklift evaluating experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work from Torrance, Compton and San Pedro as needed.
• Must be a strong self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative.
• Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in growing professionally with the company.
