Help escorting new residents to their unit or room, when possible. Conduct new resident visits to review assigned furnishings and equipment inventory and help orient residents to their new accommodations, including building or campus common areas and amenities. Manage the check-out of cleaning equipment to residents, as necessary, to effectively clean and maintain their rooms. Conduct daily facility assessments of the facility exterior and grounds as well as all common areas. Verify that vacant or unassigned units or rooms are ready for occupancy. Monitor the performance of custodial contractors where applicable. Conduct room inspection visits of all occupied or assigned permanent party spaces, at least quarterly, following entry protocols specified in chapter 6 of the Unaccompanied Housing Operations Manual and CNIC Note 11103. Serve as an escort for non-residents, including tenant commands, Public Works, Security, Fire, Environmental Protect Medical Unit personnel, UH Assessment Program contractors and touring visitors. Enforce local UH guest and visitor policies. Coordinate resident trouble calls and submit work requests as necessary. Ensure security of all residents is maintained at all times. Coordinate with the complex manager, facility liaison or Public Works staff concerning maintenance problems regarding the interior, exterior or grounds and outstanding trouble calls in their assigned building(s). Perform minor preventive maintenance to furnishings and appliances to ensure compliance with warranties and to maintain functionality. Operate baggage storage room in assigned UH building(s). Coordinate dormitory maintenance requirements with the dormitory manager or training command representatives, as necessary. Conduct Resident Advisor facility training and ensure the completion date is entered in Enterprise Military Housing. Conduct Furniture Fixtures and Equipment inventories and bar coding of furnishings, equipment and rooms as needed. Maintain control of FF&E in vacant or unassigned units or rooms in assigned UH building(s). Support the annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey with distribution of surveys and development of action plans based upon survey results. Facilitate the new resident orientation brief, if designated by the UH manager. Ensure resident's privacy is maintained at all times. Provide quality customer service for all internal and external customers, presenting neat, clean and professional appearance at all times. Other duties as assigned.
