In this consultative, in-home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems and services. Trabajar con prospectos previamente calificados proporcionados por la empresa. Identificar problemas de cimentación, sótanos, espacios de acceso (crawlspaces) y humedad en las viviendas. Educar a los propietarios sobre los problemas encontrados y recomendar soluciones adecuadas. Preparar estimados y propuestas de reparación personalizadas. Cerrar ventas directamente con los clientes en sus hogares. Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes y dar seguimiento a oportunidades de venta.
