This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals. Leads are provided, so your primary focus will be contacting prospective customers, identifying their insurance needs, providing quotes, and converting opportunities into new business. Schedule Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends Responsibilities Contact and follow up with provided leads Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other Property & Casualty insurance products Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Make outbound sales calls and consistently follow up with prospective customers Build relationships with new customers and provide an excellent sales experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings What We’re Looking For Competitive and motivated to succeed Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people Confident asking for the sale and closing business Goal-oriented and accountable for results Coachable and willing to improve Organized and able to consistently follow up with leads Positive, professional, and customer-focused Interested in increasing their income through sales performance What We Offer Leads provided Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule No weekends Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities Training and ongoing sales coaching Supportive team environment Opportunity to increase your income based on your performance Opportunity for long-term professional growth within the insurance industry Licensing A Property & Casualty Insurance License is not required to apply.
