Licensure/Certifications: Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BLS

Experience: Minimum of 1 year ER nursing experience

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $62.31

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of ER nursing experience
• Ability to work independently under general guidance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with emergency trauma cases
• Critical thinking and emotional stability in high-pressure environments
