Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and challenges.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing your approach to align with clients' unique backgrounds and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, or Family Systems Therapy to drive effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and establishing safety plans for at-risk individuals.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following:
