Join Our Team – Now Hiring Experienced Fine Dining Servers!
Cork & Bull Chophouse and Raw Bar is an upscale, locally owned restaurant in the heart of Chesapeake’s Summit Pointe. We specialize in the finest quality steaks, game, and fresh seafood, complemented by an exceptional selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails. Recognized by Wine Spectator in 2026 as a 2-stem Award Winner for our extensive, carefully curated wine list, we take pride in delivering outstanding culinary experiences in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Our beautifully designed interior, reminiscent of a refined mountain lodge, provides a unique dining experience, while our thoughtfully appointed private rooms offer the perfect setting for special events. Our talented culinary team is committed to using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to craft dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
We are currently seeking skilled, professional Fine Dining Servers who are passionate about hospitality, gourmet cuisine, and impeccable guest service. Full-time and part-time positions are available. If you have the experience and dedication to excellence that we value, we would love to meet you!
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and best practices
- Adaptability to changing situations and guest requests
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire for continuous learning and professional growth
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining establishment
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide each guest with an outstanding, memorable dining experience
- Offer detailed descriptions of menu items and confidently address inquiries regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions
- Maintain table cleanliness and ensure proper table settings throughout the dining experience
- Serve dishes with precision, ensuring proper presentation and impeccable timing
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the wine list and confidently recommend pairings to enhance the meal
- Anticipate guest needs, address concerns promptly, and strive to exceed expectations in every interaction
