Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager at FriedLam Partners LLC located in Savannah, GA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multi-family properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring financial performance goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in xhyhwjd property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Knowledge of property maintenance and financial management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in property management software
