Overview

Responsibilities
- Function under the direction of the Chief Technologist and Vascular Institute Manager.
- Help provide safe, age-appropriate patient care by performing all exams in the department according to procedures.
- Obtain quality diagnostic studies by performing a wide variety of technical procedures.
- Use independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in utilizing equipment for diagnosis and/or treatment.
- Independently perform job functions, setting up equipment to provide imaging service and positioning the patient for the procedure.
- Perform procedures in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform a wide variety of interventional radiology procedures.
- Proficiency in setting up imaging equipment and positioning patients for procedures.
- Flexibility to work a 4x10-hour day schedule on a 13-week travel assignment.
