Essential Duties Assist in hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members in the store. Ensure restaurants have a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere. Serve as the go‑to resource for hourly team members, addressing their individual needs and concerns daily. Provide clear benchmarks and expectations so each shift runs smoothly. Oversee and ensure team performance meets company expectations through constant follow‑up and communication. Respond to immediate store needs. Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store and ensure they are followed by others. Work at least 45 hours per week with flexibility for a 50‑hour work week during peak seasons or business needs. Report information to the General Manager through plans of action, AORs, goals, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills And Experience Ability to speak and read English, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of guests or restaurant employees. At least two years of restaurant management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time‑management skills. Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.
