Associate Medical Director

Outpatient leadership role combining administrative oversight with direct patient care within a mission-driven community health center. Structured schedule with 3 administrative leadership days and 2 clinical care days weekly. Opportunity to supervise and mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff. Leadership role focused on quality improvement, compliance initiatives, recruitment, and operational strategy. Community-focused healthcare organization serving patients of all ages.

Base salary: $195,624-$293,295 annually. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $110,000. Relocation assistance available. Monday-Friday outpatient schedule. 3 days administrative leadership. 2 days clinical care. No nights. No weekends. No holidays.

Maintain outpatient patient panel for all ages. Supervise and mentor physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff. Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives. Support operational effectiveness and strategic planning. Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from accredited medical school REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Missouri physician license REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years clinical leadership experience REQUIRED
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable supervising physicians, APPs, and clinical staff REQUIRED
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• FQHC experience preferred but not required
