Ophthalmic Technician / Optometric Technician

Ophthalmic Tech / Optometric Tech FT / PT Two of our Ophthalmic Tech's are on their way to Optometry School, so we have openings for experienced, Full Time and Part Time Ophthalmic Tech's or Optometric Tech's. Saturdays required for all positions. The successful candidate will be reliable, a team-player, and will have good interpersonal skills.. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Patient Testing: The majority of your time will be in the clinic area, assisting the doctors by performing pre-exam testing such as NCT, as well as other tests ordered by the doctor including A-Scans, Visual Fields, Optos, etc. Eyewear adjustments and/or repairs -- experience optional but helpful. Maintain appropriate standards of quality, honesty, and patient service. Work with others to ensure comprehensive completion of all tasks. Experience: · Minimum 1 year experience as an Ophthalmic Tech / Optometric Tech.
