Job Description Hematology / Oncology - Chief Physician Opportunity - Cooperstown, NY Position Details FT, permanent position Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Hematologic Oncology and Radiation Oncology services Collaborate closely with the Surgical Oncology team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care across a multidisciplinary treatment approach Overseeing staffing levels, workflows, and clinical activity to ensure safe, appropriate, and timely patient care Leading recruitment and retention efforts for all locations with oncology services Providing leadership across the organization through membership on various leadership and operational committees and workgroups.
