Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter

Job Title Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter Job Description Summary Lead Carpenter responsible for designing, erecting, and dismantling scaffolds, leading a small crew, and mentoring the Scaffold E&D Carpenters. Responsibilities Design and erect various types of scaffolds. Lead and coach a small crew to erect and dismantle scaffolding under the supervision of an E&D Foreman. Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding. Maintain knowledge of scaffolding materials and load limits. Assist with crew management and quality control. Qualifications & Experience Some trade school education preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years as a Scaffold E&D Carpenter or equivalent experience. Ability to work comfortably and safely at significant heights. Bilingual capability is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
