Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation's active-duty military members and their families — in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- One evening shift (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM) weekly
- One Friday shift every 4–5 weeks
- Manageable Patient Load: See just 12–15 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care — not quantity
- Outpatient-Only Practice: No nights, no weekends, no on-call — ever

Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
- Active NP license in accordance with state board requirements
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
