Investment Analyst

Support the Investment Strategy team in managing, analyzing, and servicing clients for equity options and derivatives strategies Respond to product- and account-specific client inquiries Coordinate strategy-information requests from clients, Financial Advisors, and internal partners Analyze portfolio exposures, options positions, strategy performance, market developments, and volatility trends Gather and analyze data for investment commentary, strategy updates, client communications, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral Manage multiple group inboxes, prioritize and address requests, and route them to appropriate team members Collaborate with strategists, portfolio managers/traders, technology, operations, distribution, and other internal teams Assist with account reconciliation to ensure options trades and strategy activity are accurately reflected in client accounts Support client needs and continuously improve processes and client service Perform other responsibilities as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field preferred 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services Knowledge of options and derivatives strategies preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills High attention to detail Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to learn additional software platforms Interest in responsibly leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies Familiarity using Bloomberg Terminal preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative skills in managing and analyzing equity options and derivatives strategies, while effectively communicating insights and collaborating with various internal teams.
