What You'll Be Doing

• Running a fast, clean, organized breakfast station
• Cooking eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, saut items - all with precision
• Moving with urgency without losing your cool
• Keeping your station tight, stocked, and dialed in
• Working as part of a professional, no-drama kitchen team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years line cook experience (breakfast experience is a big plus)
• Someone who shows up early and ready
• Strong fundamentals and attention to detail
• Team-first mentality
• Weekend availability
