BrightStar Care of East Lansing is seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse to join our team on a part time/per diem basis. In this role, you'll deliver specialized infusion therapy and patient education directly in the comfort of their homes. • Provide individualized patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide specialty and core drug infusions, including IVIG and Remicade.
• Perform IV placement and maintenance.
• Manage central lines effectively.
• Educate patients on injections, line maintenance, and self-administered infusions.
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.

Requirements include:

• Must hold a current unrestricted RN license in Michigan and valid CPR.
• Prior experience in home healthcare visits is required.
• Recommend vaccinated against COVID-19 but not mandated.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, injection and self-infusion training, phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, and CVAD knowledge is essential.
• Must have a reliable car and auto insurance.
• Clean background and Urine Drug Screen.
• Must adhere to regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and client confidentiality.
